A Date With the-red-sole-master
Celebrating 20 years of the infamous red soles, Christian Louboutin went on display at the Design Museum in London yesterday. The exhibition will showcase Louboutin’s journey in becoming more than just a pair of shoes but an object of desire and a work of art. This is a rare insight into one of fashions most iconic visionaries, seen through the eyes of the creator himself. The exhibition covers the inspiration, influences and the muses behind the iconic designs.
Dita Von Teese, being the exhibitions centerpiece, is shown as a life-size hologram wearing a pair of Louboutins as she dances in the silenced walls of the Design museum.
